Chocolate Fondue

This quick and easy chocolate fondue recipe is perfect for any occasion. Made in just 15 minutes, it’s a decadent treat for dipping fruits, marshmallows, and more.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 4 oz milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, warm the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chopped semi-sweet and milk chocolates.
  3. Let sit for 1-2 minutes to allow the chocolate to melt.
  4. Stir gently until smooth and fully combined.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  6. Transfer the fondue to a serving bowl or fondue pot to keep warm.
  7. Serve immediately with your choice of dippers.
