Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the Dough: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Shape and Bake: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, coat with cinnamon-sugar mixture, and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 9–11 minutes.
