  • 3/4 cup warm milk (110°F)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

For the filling:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

For the glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough: Dissolve yeast in warm milk, then add sugar, melted butter, egg, flour, and salt. Knead until smooth, let rise for 1 hour.
  2. Make the filling: Mix brown sugar, cocoa, and cinnamon. Spread butter on dough, add sugar mixture and chocolate chips. Roll into 12 pieces.
  3. Rise and bake: Let rolls rise for 30–40 minutes, then bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes.
  4. Prepare the glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla, then drizzle over warm rolls.
