Dough:
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1cup warm milk (about 110°F)
1/3cup granulated sugar
1/3cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
4cups all-purpose flour
Filling:
1/2cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4cup cocoa powder
Instructions
Prepare the Dough: Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add sugar, melted butter, salt, eggs, and 2 cups of flour. Mix, gradually add remaining flour, knead until smooth. Let rise.
Assemble the Rolls: Roll out dough, spread with softened butter. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, cocoa powder, sprinkle over butter. Top with chocolate chips. Roll dough, slice into rolls, place in baking dish.
