Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Prepare the Cookie Layer: In a bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips. Set aside.
Make the Brownie Layer: In another bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir in cocoa powder, oil, flour, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips.
