2cups whole milk
1cup heavy cream
3 large eggs

Cream Sauce:
1/2cup heavy cream
1/2cup whole milk
1/3cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Bread Pudding: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Whisk together milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Add bread cubes and chocolate chips. Let sit, then pour into baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 45–50 minutes.
Cream Sauce: Combine cream, milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla. Serve warm over bread pudding.
