  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (or heavy cream)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (melted and slightly cooled)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crust: Mix the cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into a pie dish, and bake for 8–10 minutes. Let it cool.
