Instructions
Heat the Milk and Cream: In a saucepan, heat the milk and cream over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.
Add Chocolate and Sugar: Add the chopped chocolate and sugar, whisking until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Flavor with Vanilla and Salt: Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
