  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut milk

For Garnish:

  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, paprika, and salt. Add chicken and mix well. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet, cook marinated chicken until browned. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and ginger. Stir in tomato sauce, simmer. Add chicken back, stir in cream, simmer until cooked.
