  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon slices, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meatballs: In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
  2. Cook the Meatballs: Brown the meatballs in olive oil until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
