Assemble Sliders: Place bottom halves of buns in a baking dish. Top with chicken mixture, provolone, and bun tops.
Bake: Brush tops with butter, sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake covered, then uncovered, until golden and cheese is melted, 10 minutes covered and 5–7 minutes uncovered.
Serve: Serve warm.
Notes
You can swap provolone for mozzarella or pepper jack for extra spice.
Great served with fries, salad, or chips on the side.
