Delicious and juicy chicken patties made with ground chicken, seasoned with herbs and spices, and pan-fried to perfection. These patties are versatile and can be served as burgers or with a side salad for a lighter meal.

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 cup onion (finely grated or minced)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

For Frying:

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Patty Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until fully combined without overworking the mixture.
  2. Shape the Patties: Form the mixture into 6 equal patties.
  3. Cook the Patties: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Rest and Serve: Remove from the skillet and let the patties rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Serve on buns for a chicken burger or with a side salad or veggies for a lighter meal.
  • Patties can be frozen raw or cooked for meal prep.
