  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers or breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare Casserole: In a large bowl, mix noodles, chicken, peas, carrots, soup, sour cream, milk, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spread in the baking dish.
