  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell pepper, carrots, and snow peas)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)

For the Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth or water

Instructions
