8oz lo mein noodles or spaghetti
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1pound boneless, skinless chicken breast (thinly sliced)
Salt and pepper to taste
2cups mixed vegetables (such as bell pepper, carrots, and snow peas)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 green onions (sliced)
For the Sauce:
3 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4cup chicken broth or water
Instructions
Cook the noodles: Boil noodles until tender, then drain and set aside.
Prepare the sauce: Mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and chicken broth.
Cook the chicken: Season and cook chicken in a skillet until done. Set aside.
