2cups buttermilk
2 large eggs
2cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

1/4cup reserved frying oil
1/4cup all-purpose flour
2 1/2cups whole milk

Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Fried Steak: In a shallow bowl, whisk together buttermilk and eggs. In another bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Dip each cube steak into the flour mixture, then buttermilk, and back into the flour.
Fry the Steaks: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry steaks for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Make the Gravy: Reserve 1/4 cup oil in the skillet. Whisk in flour and cook for 1–2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
