Ingredients

Fettuccine Pasta:

12 oz fettuccine pasta

Chicken:

1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

Seasoning:

2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper

Sauce:

2 tbsp unsalted butter, 3 cloves garlic (minced), 2 cups heavy cream, 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)

Garnish:

Chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Prepare the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
