Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare chicken: Pound chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness. Place a slice of ham and Swiss cheese on each breast, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks.
