This Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole combines all the classic flavors of the traditional dish—chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese—in a creamy, baked casserole that’s easy to prepare and perfect for weeknight dinners.

- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Fold in the cooked chicken, ham, and 1 1/2 cups of Swiss cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Swiss cheese over the top.
- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Panko breadcrumbs give a crispier topping.
- Substitute Swiss cheese with Gruyère for a richer flavor.
