  • 8 ounces rotini or penne pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix pasta, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, cheese, and red onion.
