2cups broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 zucchini, halved and sliced

Parsley-Walnut Pesto:
1cup fresh parsley leaves
1/2cup toasted walnuts
1/3cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
1/2cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
