2cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough, each biscuit cut into quarters
1cup jarred or homemade Alfredo sauce
1 1/2cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan with nonstick spray.
Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
