For the Lasagna:

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
  • olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the noodles: Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the ricotta mixture: In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Grease the baking dish: Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  5. Layer the lasagna: Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the dish. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, chicken, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese in three layers.
