  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Additional:

  • 1 cup chopped Butterfinger candy bars

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter, softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
  4. Add Butterfinger: Gently fold in the chopped Butterfinger candy.
  5. Bake: Scoop tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets. Bake for 10–11 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly underbaked.

Notes

  • For extra chewiness, slightly underbake and cool on the pan.
  • Store in an airtight container for softness.
