  • 1 pound sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Rice:

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet, season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Rice: In the same skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper. Add garlic, then mix in rice. Pour in cream, add cheese, and stir until melted.
  3. Combine and Serve: Return steak to skillet, toss to combine. Cook for 1–2 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
