1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped), 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped), 4 oz cream cheese (softened), 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
