Puff Pastry:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
Spinach Artichoke Filling:
1/2cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/2cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
4oz cream cheese, softened
1/4cup sour cream
1/2cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Filling: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Prepare Pastry: Roll out puff pastry, spread the spinach artichoke mixture, roll into a log, and slice into 12 pieces.
Bake: Arrange pinwheels on the baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and bake for 18–22 minutes until golden.
Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
