Shrimp Mixture:

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 lb shrimp (peeled, deveined, and chopped)
  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat
  • 5 oz fresh spinach (chopped)

Cheese Mixture:

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the shrimp mixture: In a skillet, sauté butter, onion, and garlic. Add shrimp, crab, and spinach. Cook until shrimp is pink.
  3. Make the cheese mixture: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheeses, Old Bay, pepper, and lemon juice. Fold in the shrimp mixture.
  4. Bake: Transfer the dip to a baking dish. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve: Let it cool slightly before serving.
