2cups mashed potatoes
1cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1/4cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
