2lbs ground beef
1cup breadcrumbs
1/2cup milk
2 large eggs
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Additional Layers:
2cups mashed potatoes (prepared)
1 1/2cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven and prepare meatloaf: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Mix ingredients for the meatloaf layer and press into the baking dish.
Cook meatloaf: Bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed.
Layer and bake: Spread mashed potatoes over the meatloaf, top with cheese and bacon. Bake for another 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted.
Serve: Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
You can prepare mashed potatoes in advance for quicker assembly.
