Bread:
1 round loaf of sourdough or crusty artisan bread
Garlic Butter Mixture:
1/2cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
Cheese:
1 1/2cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut bread: Cut a crosshatch pattern on top of the bread without cutting all the way through.
Prepare garlic butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt.
Fill bread: Drizzle the garlic butter into the cuts, then stuff with cheeses.
Bake: Wrap in foil, bake for 15 minutes, unwrap foil, bake for 10 more minutes.
Serve: Serve warm and pull apart to enjoy.
