Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
1cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, optional)
marinara sauce for dipping (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven and prepare the dish: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch round baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
Prepare the biscuit dough: Separate each biscuit and cut into quarters.
Mix the butter and seasonings: In a large bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and parsley. Add biscuit pieces to the bowl and toss to coat.
Add cheese: Fold in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, mixing gently to distribute evenly.
Bake: Transfer the coated biscuit mixture into the prepared dish and spread out evenly. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
You can substitute the biscuit dough with pizza dough or crescent roll dough.
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or more Parmesan on top before baking.
