  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 can (10 oz) red enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions
