Main Lasagna:

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Ranch Drizzle:

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 12 tablespoons milk (to thin)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. In a saucepan, melt butter, sauté garlic, whisk in flour, then gradually add milk and buffalo sauce. Cook until thickened, then stir in chicken.
  2. Layer: Spread sauce in the baking dish, layer noodles, chicken mixture, cheeses, blue cheese, and green onions. Repeat layers twice, ending with cheese on top. Cover and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
  3. Drizzle: Mix ranch dressing with milk to thin. Let the lasagna sit, then drizzle with ranch and garnish with green onions before serving.
