  • 4 oz cooked shrimp (chopped)
  • 4 oz lump crab meat
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Add seasonings, shrimp, crab, spinach, and half of the cheeses. Mix.
  3. Bake: Spread the mixture in the dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
  4. Serve: Garnish with green onions and serve warm with chips or bread.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes or hot sauce.
  • Dip can be prepared in advance and baked when needed.
