For the Dip:
4oz cooked shrimp (chopped)
4oz lump crab meat
1cup frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
8oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2cup sour cream
1/4cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
Mix Ingredients: Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Add seasonings, shrimp, crab, spinach, and half of the cheeses. Mix.
Bake: Spread the mixture in the dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
Serve: Garnish with green onions and serve warm with chips or bread.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes or hot sauce.
Dip can be prepared in advance and baked when needed.
