  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone in the oven if using.

  6. Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Finish and serve: Top with tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce if desired. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a bacon cheeseburger twist, add cooked bacon before baking.
  • Drizzle with burger sauce or add jalapeños for extra flavor.
