Patties:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Sliders:

  • 1 package (17.3 ounces) refrigerated cheese puff pastry dough (such as Pilsbury)
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 12 small dill pickle slices
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the patties: In a medium bowl, mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 12 small patties.
  3. Assemble the sliders: Cut the cheese puff pastry dough into 12 squares. Place cheese, beef patty, and pickle on half of the squares. Top with remaining squares and seal edges. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  4. Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  5. Make the sauce: Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard for a sauce. Serve warm sliders with sauce.
