2cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons fresh chopped herbs (such as parsley, thyme, and chives)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1cup milk
1/4cup olive oil
1 egg
Instructions
Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, herbs, and garlic.
Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the milk, olive oil, and egg.
Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
