  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted if desired

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cream Cheese Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until well combined. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the filling is smooth and fluffy.
  2. Assemble the Pie: Spread half of the filling into the graham cracker crust. Drizzle with half of the caramel sauce and sprinkle with half of the pecans. Repeat the layers with the remaining filling, caramel, and pecans.
  3. Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set. Before serving, drizzle with additional caramel sauce and a few extra pecans for garnish if desired.
