  • 20 soft caramel candies, unwrapped
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mix until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mix until combined.
