  • 2 oz apple cider
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz caramel syrup (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 oz ginger beer, chilled
  • Ice cubes

  • Optional: pinch of ground cinnamon

Instructions

  2. Add vodka, apple cider, lime juice, and caramel syrup.
  3. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Top with chilled ginger beer.
  5. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick. Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon if desired.
  6. Serve immediately while cold.

Notes

  • Adjust caramel syrup to taste—add more for a richer sweetness.
  • For extra festive flair, rim the glass with cinnamon sugar.
  • You can substitute whiskey for vodka to create a warm “Caramel Apple Julep.”
  • Non‑alcoholic option: replace vodka with extra ginger beer or sparkling apple cider.
  • If making homemade caramel syrup: combine equal parts sugar and water with a splash of cream, simmer until golden, cool, then use.
