Sweet and creamy caramel apple dip perfect for dunking fresh apple slices or other dippables at gatherings or snack time.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • Sliced apples, graham crackers, pretzels or fruit for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add caramel sauce and vanilla extract; continue beating until well combined and creamy.
  3. If desired, mix in ground cinnamon and brown sugar, blending thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes to firm up and enhance flavors.
  5. Before serving, optionally drizzle a little extra caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
  6. Serve cold or at room temperature with apple slices and other dippables.

Notes

  • For a richer dip, swirl in 2 tablespoons of chopped pecans or walnuts before chilling.
  • Use flavored caramel sauce (e.g., salted caramel) for an extra flavor twist.
  • Make ahead: prepare the dip and refrigerate up to 24 hours; add final drizzle and nuts just before serving.
  • To make it lighter, substitute half the cream cheese with Greek yogurt; texture may be slightly tangier.
