  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the blondie layer: Preheat to 325°F. Mix melted butter and brown sugar, add egg and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients, fold in apples, and bake.
