Avocado:

  • 2 ripe avocados (halved and pitted)

Caprese Filling:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella balls (halved)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Caprese Filling: In a medium bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and chopped basil. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Toss gently to combine.
