Instructions
Layer Ingredients: Arrange the sliced tomatoes and mozzarella on a serving platter, alternating them in a circular or row pattern. Tuck whole basil leaves between the layers.
Add Dressing: Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the top, followed by the balsamic glaze.
Season: Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Notes
Use heirloom tomatoes for added color and flavor variation.
