  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Toppings:

  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. Mix the Base: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Mix in 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese.
