Cajun Blackened Catfish:

  • 4 catfish fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Prep the Catfish: Pat the catfish fillets dry and brush with olive oil or melted butter.
