  • 200g Cadbury Flake bars (about 5 bars)
  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Extra Cadbury Flake pieces for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crust: Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter, press into a tart pan, and bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Prepare the mousse: Crumble Cadbury Flake bars. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Fold in crumbled Flake bars.
  4. Assemble the tart: Spoon mousse into the crust, smooth the top, and chill for at least 2 hours.
