Instructions

  1. Heat Olive Oil: In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Cook Onion: Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 3–4 minutes.
  3. Add Garlic: Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Cook Beef: Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

  6. Add Cabbage and Tomatoes: Add chopped cabbage and diced tomatoes with juices. Stir well to combine.
