Chicken Mixture:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook Pasta: Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  3. Mix Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, mix Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, cheddar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Stir in shredded chicken and cooked pasta until coated. Transfer mixture to the baking dish, spreading evenly.
  5. Add Cheese: Top with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
