  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Additional Ingredients:

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese or ranch dressing (optional)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Buffalo Chicken: In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo wing sauce and set aside.
  3. Make the Ricotta Mixture: In another bowl, stir together the ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Assemble the Lasagna: In a 9×13-inch baking dish, layer the buffalo chicken mixture, lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture, and cheeses, repeating until all ingredients are used up.
  5. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
